The answer is…

The library!

This riddle was a little tricky because sometimes the word “stories” means the number of floors in a building, but other times it means stories like we read in a book. Libraries are amazing buildings that hold thousands of stories (the book kind). When you visit a library, you can choose from all of the genres like adventure, memoirs, fantasy, mystery and more. You can stay at the library and read there or you can borrow the books they have and take them home to read.

What is my child learning?

In elementary school, children develop a love for reading and storytelling. They learn about different types of books, explore various genres, and build their vocabulary through reading. By visiting the library, children discover new stories, and expand their imagination and creativity. They also develop important skills, such as comprehension, critical thinking, and the ability to express their thoughts and ideas. Libraries provide a rich learning environment where children can explore, discover, and connect with the world through the power of stories.
