Post 1/9: Pre-gaming and Lining Up

Ok just went through all my pics and vids from yesterday morning. Gonna break it up into a series of posts but I’ll share everything that I have!

First up - pregaming. Shots of the line and getting in.

I made a poster for Jk but didn’t end up bringing it. Ugh I heard his song right when I woke up and got so embarrassed about how NSFW it was lol..my company is a kids/family company and well…made a game decision not to bring it. But I totally regret that decision.

Waiting line, practicing how to take selfies. Joyce was teaching me #oldlady

I put some lipstick on. Clearly without a mirror bc now I can see that I missed a part of lip. Gimme a break, this was at 5am in the morning. haha.

More selfie practice. Getting Better. Joyce looks so cute with her finger heart. And she made the effort to put makeup. She looks beautiful! “We need to look good for JK!” haha

My first selfie where I don’t have that awkward neck thing. I need to keep practicing. #oldlady Joyce told me to figure out which is my “better” side. I think this is it, the left side. I hear Joyce’s voice “Don’t look straight to the camera, look at it sideways, from your good side.” I need more practice. I think I need to watch more YT videos on this whole thing. #OldLady #NeedToLearnToTakeBetterSelfies

Walkin in. Wooho!! Haha that’s Joyce in the corner there. I can tell bc of her pretty yellow and purple shirt.

First view of the stage once we picked our spot. The big debate was whether or not to go to the side but be closer to the stage or stay more centered. We decided more centered. I think this proved to be the right decision.

Hooray! We are in and of course, we take a selfie.

Damn it! Still practicing how to take a selfie. Bad pic of me…not looking at camera. Is that my good side? I don’t know why this is so hard. #SelfieFail #Oldlady

Even worse, Joyce ends up using this picture and tweets it. Then GMA broadcasts her tweet out to the world during the show. So I look like an idiot. HAHA
