A googol!

Yes, a googol is a real number. A googol is a 1 with 100 zeros at the end, a quadrillion only has 15 zeros! A googol is more than the average number of grains of sand on a beach, or the average blades of grass in a football field! A 9-year-old came up with the name for this number :)

What is My Child Learning?

 In elementary school, children develop number sense. This involves understanding multiples of ten, or how many zeroes a number has.
